I think it's supposed to be some kind of pheasant, or perhaps a technicolour chook. Whatever it is, it's obviously important enough to Warragul to stick up a huge fibreglass replica of one. It's not that it's an unattractive chook, I just fail to see the significance of it. Still, it's a fine piece of shit and probably makes a wonderful snow-dome as well.
