OK, so strictly speaking these shouldn't be in the catalogue of big shit. By award winning artist Brett Whitely (whom I have the utmost respect for), these giant matchsticks stand out as in Sydney's domain as a classic example of big Aussie shit. OK so technically they aren't called the big matches, but that's what every one else calls them, besides Brett is unfortunately no longer with us to argue the point.
