If Timothy Leary ever designed a town then it was Penguin. Here they not only love their town, they embrace the very concept of it, to the point that even the garbage bins are shaped like Penguins. No surprise then to see this wondrous piece of shit staring down at you. It may not be the best piece of shit I've ever seen, but then I do love the way in which the whole town has gone complete mad to the point of obsession.
